TILT0006 Heidi Zeigler

Artist Statement:

Umbrellas. Paraguas. Parasols. Αλεξιβρόχιο (alexivrohio).

Origami umbrellas with sixteen lines built around two lines that are voice cuttings, that is, voices I experience as I move through cities and other places. Heard on buses, trains, sidewalks, streets, elsewhere. The voice cuttings repeat in other umbrellas.

 Start where you will.
