in due corpse

in due corpse
in due corpse by Vivian Ia. With one foot in an unknown (unknowable) reality and another wading hauntological depths, in due corpse sustains prophecy without prediction. It’s an ongoing overturning, where the inevitability of change and insurrection are holding hands. A dying body in terminal delirium, this micro-poetics siphons physical and temporal dross, takes suffering into its heart, communes with mystery, and loves defiantly. Recipient of the 2024 Netsuke Micro Chapbook Series.
Poetry. 21 pages, 4” x 7”. Covers printed letterpress, interior laser-printed, bound by hand in an edition of 100.
Vivian Ia’s poetry has appeared in Fourteen Hills, Berkeley Poetry Review, Blood Orange Review, Permafrost, The Spectacle, Pangyrus, and Ballast. They were born in Florida and live in Berlin.
Sliding Scale Pricing: To make our work accessible (and to cover printing, materials, and our sweetly tedious labor), we now offer work on a sliding scale. Higher prices are for those who can or want to support the press and sustain the art of poetry and fine printing in an economic system that does not care for us. Please choose an option that suits you. If you’re still unable to pay the asking price, email us at tiltedhousepublishing@gmail.com, and we’ll work something out.
